War of the chips

June 28, 2005

AMD recently filed a lawsuit against INTEL for unfair competition.haha..actually this is right..many of us people says..intel is better.quotes like this “mas ok ang p4 sir,AMD kasi benchmarking ang clock speed” quoted from a salesperson.haha.Actually amd dominates bussiness sectors(for thier 64 bit processors) and now the gaming sectors(fx57,A64 x2). which is also more cheaper than its competitors(P4 EE,xeon).Intel fed us with unparalelled ads.thats why they grew to be the largest processor maker in the world. But now intel is nowhere near the new offerings of amd, which is the amd athlon 64 x2(dual core) and thier flagship athlon FX 57.And they got a lawsuit to answer!haha.AMD’s reasons:

  • Forcing major customers to accept exclusive deals,
  • Withholding rebates and marketing subsidies as a means of punishing customers who buy more than prescribed quantities of processors from AMD,
  • Threatening retaliation against customers doing business with AMD,
  • Establishing quotas keeping retailers from selling the computers they want, and
  • Forcing PC makers to boycott AMD product launches.

For most competitive situations, this is just business. But from a monopolist, this is illegal.

These serious allegations deserve serious attention. Earned success is one thing. Illegal maintenance of a monopoly is quite another.
Read on..

It’s been a long battle for AMD to gain headway in a market Intel has dominated all these years, but now it’s taken a turn for the worst (or better, depending on how you look at it).

Not long after a much discussed price increase in its own line of dual and single core CPU’s, some now more expensive than Intels own comparable line of CPU’s, AMD -maker of x86 microprocessors, said Tuesday it had filed an antitrust lawsuit against Intel Corp., the world’s largest maker of chips, in U.S. federal district court for the district of Delaware accusing Intel of unfair competition, which limited market share growth of AMD.

“Everywhere in the world, customers deserve freedom of choice and the benefits of innovation — and these are being stolen away in the microprocessor market,” said Hector Ruiz, AMD chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer. “Whether through higher prices from monopoly profits, fewer choices in the marketplace or barriers to innovation – people from Osaka to Frankfurt to Chicago pay the price in cash every day for Intel’s monopoly abuses.”

AMD have also setup a website dubbed “Fair and Equal Competition Home” which also lays out the innovation the company has undertaken in the years its been in business. This looks like its going to be a very public fight and Intel has the monetary power to defend itself. Lets hope us consumers don’t lose out.

Tick Tock

June 24, 2005

It’s like a deja-vu.Me as always on the front of a monitor. This time wondering about someone(hi there! if you can hear me out.i hope your allright),just after watching a dvd.A concerto of japan philharmonic orchestra with yngwie malmsteen(yeah right!).The Compositions are wonderful, fusioning classical with electric guitar(geez! Malmsteen really showed his arsenal of million notes.) For those who are fans of him or just really into that kind of music, I’ll update you about that tomorrow with screenshots and my review. After seeing it,i ate a sandwhich filled with goober.haha.But Sometimes you can’t patch the intervals of time trying to do something, its still one of the lonely nights. And sometimes it seems you can sleep with the tune of the clock ticking, because time is so slow..haha..so i ended up wondering and listening to a few choices of songs, which probably,IMHO,can help me ease the hours and night away and thinking that someday the joys in my life would go back..these songs are for you.i wish nightbirds are true,so you could hear them whispering my songs to you.

When you try your best
but you don’t succeed
When you get what you want
but not what you need
When you feel so tired
but you can’t sleep
Stuck in reverse

And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you can’t replace
When you love someone
but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

And high up above or down below
When you’re too in love to let it go
But if you never try you’ll never know
Just what you’re worth

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

—Musical Interlude—

Tears stream down on your face
When you lose something you cannot replace

Tears stream down on your face
And I…

Tears stream down on your face
I promise you, I will learn from my mistakes

Tears stream down on your face
And I…

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you.

Box the box office.

June 23, 2005

Russell Crowe,Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. They teamed up again! After thier success in  “A Beautiful Mind”.This time for a movie about the true story of a boxing legend in the the 30’s era U.S.(depression),Jim Braddock(Crowe). Also Co-stars Renée Zellweger as Braddock’s wife.Expect this film to be nominated in many award giving bodies(DGA,PGA,BAFTA,Golden globe, and Academy awards) later this year and early next year.It opened in the US quite dissappointing, but it will recover and box around in the international box office.Crowe will show again his prowess in acting(at least not his throwing prowess!haha) Click here for the official movie site. Some Cinderella Man photos are in my flickering flicks gallery.

Updates on PJ’s King Kong.It will be completed by Late September or Early October i suppose.I’m Really excited for the teaser trailer on the 27th!Kong will growl on december(i hope it will be a simultaneous worldwide release). In the meantime,i want to share the production shots taken from the production diary clips.

Me,Kong and Bilbo.

June 20, 2005

Today was a great day..But hot weather though, and im wearing semi formal attire earlier..whooo!grabbed a c2 drink again in ministop before going home(refreshing!hehe).Found out the results of yesterday’s f1 grand prix in indianapolis,USA.Dissappointing!FIA did not allow the michelin runners to race because the michelin tires had some issue with the track, particularly section 13.Micheal Schummacher did claim his first win.but not a happy one, becuase only 6 cars raced for the flag.(d*mmed FIA!) I’m still updating my photos for my viscotchoh!(visual ridleyscotch with an oh!,nice and tasty!haha) photo blog which you can view for some of the pics by clicking the link in the puto-blag!section.

Peter Jackson at the set.

The adaptation of the 1933 classic king kong will invade the internet and media companies for its 1st trailer on june 27th.The official website too will be online that same day.Peter Jackson(Heavenly creatures, frighteners,LOTR) Directed this upcoming flick, its still on post production now.Expectations with this film?hmmm.Right now almost everybody is excited to what the film and king kong will look like.IMHO,It will be the biggest film this upcoming December.Andy Serkis(gollum/smeagol) is king kong, digitally…Adrien Brody,Naomi Watts,Jack Black and Thomas Kretschmann(one of my favorite actors, his portayals are just great.usually an officer/soldier) Will lead The Cast.WETA will again show thier arsenal of special effects that will make george lucas pop his eye.And beleive me,PJ wont be slim now for spending time doing a crap film.Click here for more news about PJ’s kong.

Also,Recently. The CEO/co-chairman of New line Cinema officially responded on the request of many LOTR fans to make “the hobbit” happen.Read the letter below.I have been closely monitoring their updates since the “let the hobbit happen” went online.Click here for other news regarding the development of the hobbit.

Harmony

June 18, 2005

Right now,im sitting in front my my computer and listening to my collection of oldie songs, which by the way i uneathed from my archives because my friend’s soundtrip right now is the 40’s to 70’s era in music and he wanted to aquire some of it from me..As i am listening to these songs,it brought back memories again..Nostalgia or some kind?haha.I dont know, maybe when there is music, there is you.Its like harmony.I dont know what to do in our situation right now.but i want you and all to know, ill follow my heart.i would not know what it would lead to,but certainly it would not lead to another mistake.Because all i want is your happiness, your freedom of your feelings and emotions that is holding you back. Its like a song you know, the memories of you will linger once in a while until the end of the it.It’s always like that.No one will have the same opinion and vision of things as the composer and the singer of the song..But may i have the strength to carry on and continue without you,and find the right harmony that will bring us together again, and may we continue to sing to the tune of our lives without wondering about the past.

RENT with COLORS

June 16, 2005

Here’s a Screenshot of the beta of microsoft’s acrylic. The Program is Quite like gimp.Only different thing,it’s from microsoft. If you need a free program that can do what a photoshop would do,try it.Otherwise, stick to your current photo editing program.Acrylic needs more developing, but its satisfactory for me.

RENT(winner of pulitzer & tony award for a musical) will have an adaptation in the big screen.Directing is Chris Columbus(The man responsible for home alone, nine months, stepmom, and recently the first two harry potter movies).I never got a chance to see the actual musical back then when it was locally shown(the one with

A New Saga,unleashed!

I recently watched Batman Begins,After my training. It was an amazing movie. It surely did comply to my expectations and more..It was the greatest Batman film i have ever seen, second only to the 1989 1st film by tim burton. Why did i say that?Because this film has a great storyline and with the naturalistic approach of it..Gotham City,The Corruption,The poverty of people and the socialists who only care about greed and power and some who insist that only power will destroy power. The Batmobile(rugged, the way it should be).The Cast did great parts of thier own in the film. Thanks to the vision of Christopher Nolan for bringing the Bat hero again in a way He is  supposed to be,Dark,Mysterious and emotional.Minimal Special effects were used,it really showcases Nolan’s talent in directing.I would not Tell about the story of it,Because its worth seeing.Go Watch it for yourself,I promise it wont disappoint you.But Do not expect a action packed movie from beginning till the end.Instead,do expect a director’s vision of the realistic Bruce Wayne/Batman.And Take note of the ending..A new saga of a realistic hero in a realistic environment is unleashed!

“Whew! That electronically induced fabric is really tough!haha.
Thanks to wayne industries!”

Acrylic songwriting.

June 14, 2005

Microsoft recently released a beta version of what is expected and very well may be the ms paint replacement in the upcoming microsoft Longhorn. It is codenamed “acrylic” which is available for download here (trial for 180 days).Actually microsoft purchased the original program(called expression, before purchase this program is for mac/apple) from a Hong kong based company,Creature House.Well,i haven’t tried it yet,but im downloading it now.I’ll update you on the features and performance of this program..On the otherhand,if you want a full featured photo/image editing/manipulation program i would recommend GIMP or a much more easier one called PICASA with basic editing features but very user friendly.

Also Last month,Datu’s tribe EP titled fat burner was released.Got a copy of it through BUKSWAGEN at congressional ave.Other indie cd’s are available there too.So Im inviting anybody who loves indie music to visit bukswagen.haha.About the EP,Thier music is quite great..eclectic.Really loved “Para Que,Elsa?”,”California Dog”,”Kwento ni Del” and “Lakambini Bottom”.The lyrics are written like an acrylic paint, hard to forget and permanent,Most of them about our society and reality..I hope Thier Full length album would come out anytime soon.Hey,Datu’s Tribe,Thanks for the Trading Card!haha.I got a krabby card.Wish you guys all the success!

The Bat in the Hot!

June 13, 2005

“Thats why i always wear a cape,weather is unpredictable!” : )

With only 2 days before the release of the much awaited Batman Begins.I would like to say some things you would expect from this film.Expect this to be a dark visual feast(with minimal sfx) with a great storyline till the end.Director Christopher Nolan is known for his critically acclaimed and mind twisting like his earlier films “memento” and “insomia”.Nolan Really likes shooting in the dark.Expect it to be like “Prisoner of azkaban” the third installment directed by Alfonso Cauron(Great expectations,y tu mama tambiem),Where he took the story of harry potter the way he wanted it to be,minimal use of Special effects(it really shows the director’s talent in shooting). The music of this film will also be a notable one, composed by two of films great composers,Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard. Here are some of the tidbits of the upcoming movie. From the producer,David Goyer:

Q: How did you feel about the last couple of Batman movies, just as a fan?

DAVID GOYER (DG): Look, I mean, they’re all different. My only thought was that it seemed to me that the later Batman films were diverging farther and farther away from how he was popularly being depicted in the comic books. So that’s all I’ll say about that.

Q: Why the choice of the Scarecrow as a villain?

DG: One, he hadn’t been used in the movies before. He’s creepy. We were wanting to explore subtext themes of fear. And Ra’s is the other one obviously. If you look at the pantheon of Batman villains, it just so happened, in my opinion, two of the best ones, Scarecrow and Ra’s, hadn’t been used yet. So that’s why. And, we thought it was important, since we were doing a kind of reboot, to use one that hadn’t been done before.

Q: A lot of the characters in the film were in the Batman comics from the 70s. What made you choose characters from that period?

DG: We had at our disposal 66 years of Batman material; we could use the best of the best. It just so happened that a lot of it came from the 70’s. The Scarecrow was introduced in the 40’s. Batman: Year One came out in the tail end of the 80’s. Whatever worked the best, we used, we cherry picked.

Q: David, can you talk about your adaptation of THE FLASH comic book?

DG: I’m writing it right now, and Chuck is producing it.

Q: Are you going to be involved in a sequel?

DG: We don’t know. Until Chris commits, we’re not. Everyone’s sort of waiting on Chris.

Q: Are the actors are signed up?

CHARLES ROVEN (CR): Some are.

DG: Some are, and some aren’t.

CR: I think Michael Caine is committed.

DG: Christian, Michael Caine…

CR: Gary Oldman, I actually think that Katie Holmes is committed too.

Q: Do you see an end to the comic book movie trend? Is it strong enough to become its own genre?

DG: It already is its own genre, I think.

CR: Here’s the funny thing. Making movies out of comic books had been going on for a lot of years. It happens to have; you know…I don’t want to call it a renaissance because it’s never really stopped. But it certainly has caught the attention of the public. Maybe more than in the past, because actually many of the movies coming out are good. The X-Men movies are good. The Spiderman movies are good. As long as we can continue to mine these for great stories, I think that it will continue this way. But if every time you turn around you’re seeing a not very inspired or rehashed version of a scary movie, then it will be lessened.

Q: Can you talk about the balance of the studio’s creative ideas, and what they looking for to revive the franchise?

CR: One of the interesting things about this project, and it doesn’t always happen, this good really, everybody had the same vision of the movie that they wanted to make. At the focal point of that vision was Chris. And because he knew the vision that he had and was so focused on it and never deviated from it. We had our share of production problems because the shoot was so incredibly long, the longest shoot any of us had ever done, four times the longest shoot that Chris had ever done before this one.

So there was those kinds of problems. And constantly weighing, even though we got this tremendous amount of assets and money, the movie has to, if it’s going to deliver, have this tremendous scale to it. So you’re constantly balancing the aesthetic with the economics, so you’ve got those kinds of problems. But we really didn’t have any…what you hear about as typical studio on one side of the creative table and the filmmakers on another side. That didn’t happen on this movie, it was incredibly easy like that.

Q: It’s the first BATMAN film to take the character seriously.

DG: That was the point.

CR: Everybody wanted to make that movie. Everybody wanted to tell the story in a kind of hyper reality way. Very not “cartoony,” try to make it as real…the whole production was designed around that. What would a guy today, who came from one of the richest families in the world, who had this tragedy, what events could happen that would end up with him donning a batsuit? That’s where we went and we needed to go. Chris shot it a very realistic way; it’s why we decided to use as many real things as we could. We developed a real car; it does all the things in the movie. Most of the stunts are done, really done, very little CGI in the picture. The CGI that’s in the movie, instead of it being designed to be wondrous and out of this world, is actually designed to make the world that we’re in more real.

Q: Was it Chris’ idea to do the movie that way?

DG: Yeah, totally.

Q: Did he go to Warner Bros. to sell them on it?

CR: Actually, what happened was that, Warner Bros had been trying, really since Batman and Robin, to find a way to bring the project back. They’d worked with other filmmakers, in various incarnations.

They actually had one great script called Batman vs. Superman, but that was a way to possibly revive both franchises. And then when they got what they though at the time was a great script from J.J. Abrams on Superman, they decided they were gonna make that. They went and said “well, gee, maybe we can revitalize Batman on his own, and Chris said, “Hey, I’m interested in meeting on that.”

Q: What was the final budget of the film?

CR: A lot! (LAUGHS)

Q: How many days of principal photography?

CR: There was only principal photography, and a model unit. So we ended up shooting 123 days.

Q: Is there one comic book character that hasn’t been tapped for the movies yet?

DG: Silver Surfer!

Glimpses of nirvana

This morning i was up by 9 am,while listening to a world music cd,one in my collection,i was strucked by this song “nirvana” by el bosco,it makes you think of your memories,reflect..Last night we had a traditional movie marathon at our friend’s house (umuwi ka na floyd! walang pagkain!hehehe.joke).We watched some japanese flicks and the animated Starwars:clone wars.It was quite good hanging around like that again, but our friend, the owner of the house is few thousand miles away..Its not like the way it used to be.But enjoying though. The real tradition with him around is eat and eat while watching, with glasses of bottomless iced tea(or shall we say till, the supplies last!) and occassionaly drink till you drop sessions, most of the time before watching and eating up our hours through the night, our band will have a long intro/interlude of practices(that was up til 10pm),Also the no bounderies discussions we have, laughing trips, the asaran parts.the nasty videos we make out of ourselves. The pictures.and specially the memories we have there(the shire) will remain with us through our lifetime. These things are like glimpses of nirvana(we are not always happy, but in that particular time when your there with your friends, just spending time with them,it will end up you feeling the inner happiness and contentment). So see you then,in a few months time.So we could feel the full power again of the Sh*t! the force is not strong without you!hahaha.(ung mga dvds and cd nbgay ko na,next week daan ako uli meron pa ko bibilin). We are planning to make a band, gagawa na kami ng studio, hip hop to floyd!hahaha..si jopet Bro. Det(broadet),si duds Dj. Lockejaw, ako Dj low-lo..Tama na Daw emo/punk..hahaha..joke!.Till next time! Remember this quote “There and Back again”.

Update: PS3 will run linux!

June 10, 2005

Ps3 will run on linux via a 2.5″ hard disk that will be available in variuos disk spaces. No Further Details though,on the specific linux that will run on sony’s new all in one machine. This will be war! X-box 360 (microsoft) vs. Ps3 (linux).read on…

Impress PC Watch: The PlayStation 3 has some extremely high specifications, but it doesn’t come with an HDD. Why?

Ken Kutaragi: We’re not going to equip [the PS3 with] an HDD by default, because no matter how much [capacity] we put in it, it won’t be enough. The next step is definitely network drives. With the Cell server, they can be accessed from anywhere, via network. Whether it’s your own house [or] your friend’s house, you can access the [network hard drive] anywhere. That’s the kind of world we’re imagining. But there are still some issues if the machine doesn’t come with an HDD. So this time, we’ve added a 2.5-inch HDD bay so that users can equip HDDs, such as 80GB and 120GB, even though that’s still not enough [capacity]. Although a network drive would allow for terabytes of storage, there’s still the necessity to run an operating system offline. A hard drive for running an OS will be required for [the PS3] to be recognized as a computer.

IPCW: Do you mean to say that you’ll run an OS on the PS3 to use it as a computer?

KK: I believe its wrong that, while we’ve been calling PlayStations “computers,” Nintendo, which is in our same businness keeps telling the world their consoles are “toys.” So even though we’re making something that has the capability to be recognized as a supercomputer and requires paperwork when exporting or importing, the government sees it as a “toy.” The PlayStation 2 has something as great as the Emotion Engine, and it can even run Linux, but it’s still considered a gaming machine. I thought that the situation would become better since Microsoft appeared [in the gaming industry] from the IT field. But they won’t say it either, since they want to protect their business. They see problems if the Xbox could run Windows, so they keep calling the Xbox a “game machine.” It is really a pain in the neck. This time, we’re positioning the PS3 as a “supercomputer.” But people won’t recognize it as a computer unless we call it a computer, so we’re going to run an OS on it. In fact, the Cell can run multiple OSes. In order to run the OSes, we need an HDD. So in order to declare that the PS3 is a computer, I think we’ll have [the PS3’s HDD] preinstalled with Linux as a bonus.

IPCW: So Linux can be run on the Cell?

KK: Linux is legacy, but it will be a start. In the case of the Cell, operation systems are applications. The kernel will be running on the Cell, and multiple OSes will be running on top of that as applications. Of course, the PS3 can run Linux. If Linux can run, so can Lindows. Other PC Operating Systems can run too, such as Windows and Tiger (Max OS X 10.4), if the publishers want [them] to do so. Maybe a new OS might come out.

IPCW: Does that mean that we can expect applications that take advantage of the Cell, aside from games?

KK: As an example, HD video-editing software is basically the same as the nonlinear editing system used in broadcasting stations. What we’re trying to do on the PS3 is that level of software. Nonlinear editing systems are incredible, but if it was done on the Cell, it would be even more incredible… The difference will be obvious. I think other PC applications, like photo-retouching software, will also be able to be done on the PS3. The user interface will also get interesting. In the case of the PC, users will have to wait for years between XP’s UI to Longhorn’s. But the PS3’s UI will evolve much faster. For example, if we had an interface where we could control applications using gestures and words using the EyeToy, it would be like Minority Report. Of course, that kind of an evolution will also reflect on games. This will be the first form that [the Cell] will be spread. It can connect a keyboard, and it has all the necessary interfaces. It can run media, and it can run on a network. It’s got such an all-around purpose, and it’s open. It will become completely open if we equip it with Linux, and programmers will be able to do anything with it. It’s the same thing with the graphics, since it’s got the shaders.

Coldplayer

June 9, 2005

I grabbed a copy of coldplay’s latest album earlier..Im listening to it right now..What i like about this cd is there are new experimental piano/guitar tones and notes plus drum beats that worked very well together with the great voice of chris. My Favorite tracks here,”talk” great anthem song, with classic pre 80’s electo-pop beat.”Fix you”,hmm i can relate to this!hehe.Reminds me of someone and a bloc party song(in silent alarm album).”swallowed in the sea” sweeping slow paced good ol’ rock song. “Speed of Sound” the radio made it popular.haha.but personally an intuitive song. And Lastly,a hidden acoustic last track “til kingdom come” a johnny cash composed song, coldplay did it as a tribute to cash.Great chorus:”For you i’ll wait til kingdom come, until my days..my days are done, and say you’ll come and set me free, just say you’ll wait..you’ll wait for me”.Touching.Coldplay’s Success will continue with these new offerings!

When there is life there is hope.

I recently watched a great japanese film, presented last year in cannes film festival and some other international festives entitled “Nobody knows” Dare mo Shiranai in japanese. This Film is beautifully done by Hirokazu Kore-eda(award winning director of maborosi and after life),and features the young actor Yagira Yuya(won the 2004 best actor award for this film in cannes) who delivered a stunning eye opener performance. The Plot(based on a true event) is about a group of children, left by thier mother with few thousand yen in a rented apartment, trying to survive and live in a suburb place in japan. As the days and months passed, the harder they try to survive. They only beg and hope for food everyday at a local convienience store. The ending scenes was beautifully done, its sorrowful(thier youngest sister died becuase of sickness and malnutrition, the body put into a lagguage bag and burried it in an open airport feild where the planes soar above her) dramatic and heart wrenching! But with an exclamation that there is always a hope for each and everyone. The movie is actually long about 2 hours 30 minutes, but the scenes puts more details on to it..I love this film because it also applies to the current situations in our country, seeing those kids on the streets in metro manila. It also disscusses about children with stolen childhoods because thay are exposed to the harsh realities in life at an early age. This movie is really great.Worth Seeing,If you are really a movie/indie movie lover! hehe.

Here are some great shots in the movie:

Unwinding with challenges

June 8, 2005

For this time,im hooked in to jazz/brazillian jazz music.Lisa ono,Diana Krall,Vienna Teng,Ana Caram and others.i have a little cd collection of my jazz favorites.Listening to it when im walking on busy streets.im unwinding while walking.haha! Its a great contrast, walking and relaxing with these music on my player, while outside your earphone is a busy, noisy environment full of people..While i was doing this,i picked up a c2 drink(my favorite)haha,in ministop near the building im training. While i was enjoying my drink,i started walking again to go in megamall, visualizing the scene,i thought of people and cars around me fast forwarding(time lapse,in video editing) and i was only the one walking. Its,Like the vermillion mtv.hehe..its one of my imaginations and visualizations when im outside. Its one great thing to do when your alone.hahaha! Passed through the street before megamall, my player began to play a track from Isha titled,i’ll be seeing you (a great rendition of a 30’s jazz classic originally done by billie holiday)from her time and again cd.When i heard the first vocals,i stopped for a while and felt the soothing music and lyrics.Maybe im missing someone or its just me.?? well the answer is both!.Megamall,at about lunchtime,i started to feel my stomach talking to me,seeing those restaurants while im passing by.Well,i stopped to eat at fastfood outlet(supersize me!haha)..While masticating my burger and fries,I thought of her again. Many things about us are getting through my mind that time. Why,What,How etc. But when i got to finish eating my food,My thoughts of her just began to fade,Its like a disease.coming and going..maybe ill be immune or ill be bearing this disease for a long time.Whatever it may be,i want you to know that i can bear it all for you and specially for me also.Hoping that someday, all will be better for the both of us..After that calorie induced lunch,i went up to the cyberzone section of the mall,to canvass some thing.I ended up grabbing one for her, just like mine..Well,its been a practice for me that i’ll share all what i have. She knows that.. I hope you will be healed through time and music,Just like i did and doing. After all,we got close through music.remember that?a rainy july morning waiting for you inside the main gate of our school to give you something, few years ago..Well enough of it,it makes me think of the past and dig again.(exhales)haha..On the Way Home,i took the mrt from ortigas to north ave,as always the train is full of passengers, jam packed, different kinds of people.i cant even move my body and hands. And its hard to breath because there isnt much space.i can see only hands, body and faces and from time to time seeing the sunshine while the train is running. Then i thought of something again, that if i could hold on for a while, ill be breathing fresh air again, ill get to move again and most important of all ill be seeing the sun and its rays on a full view shining down on me again..thinking of it,i also thought of her, that if i could bear and hold on for a while, all will be better next time i see her again.Beleive me its not the same when your world has no sun.haha..But ill keep holding on,hoping and praying everyday, that may the sun and her rays shine on me again in any form.

I’ll be seeing you
In all the old familiar places
That this heart of mine embraces
All day and through
In that small cafe
The park across the way
The children carrousel
The chestnut trees
The wishing well

I’ll be seeing you
In every lovely summer’s day
In everything that’s light and gay
I’ll always think of you that way

I’ll find in the morning sun
And when the night is new
I’ll be looking at the moon
But I’ll be seeing you

I’ll be seeing you
In every lovely summer’s day
In everything that’s light and gay
I’ll always think of you that way

I’ll find in the morning sun
And when the night is new
I’ll be looking at the moon
But I’ll be seeing you

Wider horizons

June 7, 2005

Im Currently looking for a job,at the same time training in a company in ortigas center.I want to venture more in the proffessional world. The atmosphere in working is quite different, but im beggining to like it.Lunch at the nearby restaurant full of suited men and women, walking in the nearby buildings, meeting proffessionals, observing employees taking thier cigarrette break while talking.hehe.While i was eating my lunch earlier and observing people and viewing the other front of the building,i tought of only one thing. This is the wider horizon of life.
